Resuming the second stage of their preseason campaign in Bormio - Italy, Efes Pilsen played their second game against Aris of Greece.  The navy blue – whites were leading their opponents 49-38 at the halftime but lost the game 78-74.

Quarter scores: 22-20 / 49-38 / 62-62 / 74-78

Igor Rakocevic and  Andrew Wisniewski scored 19 and 15 points respectively, whereas Bootsy Thornton scored 10 and Lawrence Roberts 9. Erwin Dudley and Miroslaw Raduljica did not play due to slight injuries.

Efes Pilsen will play their third and last preseason game against Spartak St. Petersburg of Russia at 9 p.m Trukish local time on Tuesday, September 7.  Following this game, Efes Pilsen will complete their preseason campaign in Bormio and return to home on Wednesday, September 8.
