Euroleague draws are taking place today...
Euroleague 2010-11 season draws are taking place on 8 July Thursday in Barcelona, Spain. Efes Pilsen will join the draw in the fourth box.
In the draw ceremony Efes Pilsen will be represented by General Manager Engin Özerhun and Technical Manager Alper Yılmaz.
The draw ceremony will take place at 12.15 in Turkish time and will fix the Euroleague regular season groups and matchings in the qualifying groups.
22 teams directly taking part in Euroleague will join the two teams coming from the qualifying groups based on their Euroleague performances in the last three seasons and will be placed in boxes of 4 teams.
In the draws, only with the exception of the fact that there are five teams from the same country, there will not be two teams from the same country in the regular season groups.
16 teams will compete in the qualifying groups; two teams eliminating their rivals at the end of three rounds will be the last two teams to join the Euroleague 2010-11 season.
